Looking to review a money-saving gadget? When bills pile up, families look for ways to save. With the magicJack, your readers can say goodbye to high phone bills and hello to loved ones across the country.
The magicJack lets people call anywhere in the US and Canada for $20 a year. Set up is as easy as plugging the magicJack into a broadband-enabled computer’s USB port, choosing your area code and providing some basic information, and talking away. Call quality is clear and reported to be much better than other internet phone options. In fact, researchers at the Good Housekeeping Institute just gave the magicJack 4 out of 5 stars in a recent review!
Many magicJack users have eliminated their phone service or have used the magicJack as an extra phone line for kids, home office or second home. It’s also perfect for travel because of its size and range of use. If you’d like to review the magicJack, please contact me.
I would love to do a review on the magicjack we have been discussing getting one for the house and would feel safer knowing the quality of sound before purchasing someth9ing that doesn't work right. let me know if i can review for you.
I've wondered about magicJack and whether it'd work better for me than Skype, which I'm currently using. I sent an email to Jennifer. Thanks for the info!
I'd be delighted to review the magicJack. I have a house full of talking teens, and a new group forming of teen girls. No better place than with teen girls to see if something about phones and talking works.
My partner's father actually bought us the magicJack because we weren't doing too well money-wise, in fact we were pretty near dirt poor at the time and because the magicJack looked as if you could eliminate your phone completely because it gives you phone service for a mere $20/yr, we jumped on it, especially considering we were paying an exuberant amount of money just for our phone service, even though we both hardly used the phone because we connect with friends and family mostly online because we're both very technological and always on the computer.
After installing everything and making sure it was all done right and that we hadn't messed anything up, we began using it and literally a few days later, we gave up on it and luckily kept our phone service until we knew if the magicJack worked well...which it didn't. In fact, using the magicJack was a nightmare! You can hardly hear people on the other end of the phone line, it cut in and out constantly, it sounded garbled and it didn't matter what area of the city or the country you called, every single phone call was the same...jumbled noise.
If you're looking for cheaper phone service, Vonage is the way to go, which is what we switched to after sending the magicJack back and canceling our outrageous phone service and it has never let us down.
