Winter is just around the corner, and that means less time to focus on health and wellness. But the drop in temperature doesn’t have to mean a drop in your commitment to a healthy lifestyle. How can you increase your level of vitality in the coming months? Is there practical guidance out there to help you and your family thrive this winter? What are the easy things you can do – like drinking that cold-weather favorite, tea, to stay warm and keep on top of your game?

Bob Greene, Oprah’s former trainer and best-selling fitness book author, and Lipton Tea, the world’s largest producer of tea, are teaming up to invite you the next Twitter Moms Twitter Party on Thursday, October 29 at 7 p.m. EST. Bob and Lipton will offer up offer up ideas, advice, and tips to ensure that this winter, you really can live a healthy lifestyle to a “tea!” And they’ll want to hear what you have to say, too – what’s on your mind, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and why. We’ll use a Q & A format, with the goal of creating an open forum in which ideas, stories, and positive encouragement are swapped. Of course, no one is better at offering encouragement than Bob Greene, and we’re really excited that he’ll join us to offer his take on keeping invigorated during the holidays and beyond!
