Did you know boys actually hear less than girls? According to one study boys hear better from one ear while girls hear equally well with boys ears. That's why we always have to repeat everything we say!

So is that why when you marry your husband he should be tech. declared deaf? Now, I understand. Where did you find this information, it should be posted everywhere for all wives to see, they may feel better when they aren't being heard. Thank you for sharing!

OK, now I get why I am repeating things to my sons & husband! Hmm, now I am going to have to figure which ear is their good ear! LOL! Did the study say anything about girls being on time more than boys? Just curious! LOL!

OMG! I have 2 boys and my boyfriend. No wonder I get so tired of repeating myself constantly.

I believe it...I think they are "my" tone-deaf! (my son and hubby that is)

Fancy that! No wonder I'm always having to repeat stuff to my 10 yo son. :)

I read somewhere that to get your boys attention, it's always best to put a hand on his arm or shoulder. This gets him looking at you and paying attention with that one ear. It works most times for me! When my son is so focused on something, he will not even hear me. This stopping him mid-track with a touch helps!

This explains a lot! I have 5 boys and there are times I don't think they hear anything I say!

I thougt this was because boys/men are not able to multitask... LOL

Well that explains why the boys AND my husband NEVER seem to hear what I've said!
