Hi Lauren,

Great idea! But wonder if it violates t&c. This gives us nice opportunity to find interesting sites.

My top sites
1) Newbie IM help

2) Microblog news & tips

3) Original web templates

if we keep the links within this thread, it will help us and keep the site spam/promotion free, so everyone wins!

How do you keep up?? These are all great ideas. And no worries about the SSP. We all need some attention now and then!

Links are okay as long as they aren't "bad" sites - nothing naughty now! Sites like this are designed to help us share and learn more about each other!!

I was a little skeptical at first, and even winced at the title of this discussion. But in watching the thread unfold, it's really a great idea! If we can keep the "business" end of our lives to a consolidated place, we can keep the community lighter, support-oriented, and free from spam. Angela is very wise with her suggestion, as usual. Keeping the links within this thread is the right way to go -- which is what I think Lauren was really championing.

We have something special here, so keeping the signal-to-noise ratio in the green zone is critical... Great work, everyone!

we all know that everyone wants everyone else to check out their blog or site, so containing it and letting people post links in one place should make the site as a whole better, so lets see it if works!

I blog at The Creative Junkie (http://www.thecreativejunkie.com)

I think this is a great idea ... to have everything centrally located! Goes really well with my OCD, anal retentive nature.
