DH and I plan to vote early. We're doing this because we can go to the court house instead of our local precinct. We've got a little one this year and our precinct is laid out poorly and I just can't figure out how I'll maneuver through the lines (one line to check in, another to sign my name, another to receive my ballot, then another to actually vote) with a newborn in tow. The courthouse is better laid out and I've already called and asked about bringing a newborn with me and they said they are wheelchair friendly so a stroller won't be a problem.

Hubby is in the military and we are stationed overseas so we both are absentee voters and already sent in our ballots!!! I can't wait for the results!!
We're not. Virginia does not offer it, unless you are voting absentee and the best way to guarantee I don't vote is to expect me to put something in the mail. I never get things mailed in a timely manner

We don't have the option to vote early darnit. We don't know how hubby is going to get to the polls because he works that day. Has to be at work at 8am and doesn't get off until the next morning. (fire dept. 24 hour shifts) We don't do voting by mail because I REALLY don't trust that. Anyone can fix your mark on those ballots when they count them. Guess I better to to work on figuring out how he can vote. lol
I didn't realize that we had the option to vote early, but I was just looking into it today and I think we are going to go in tomorrow afternoon and vote : ) I have a feeling things are going to be crazy at our polling place, there isn't much in the way of parking and the room they use is kinda small, I think we are going to be able to avoid the madness by voting early : )
We don't have "early" voting here in NH. However, my husband and I will be filling out absentee ballots this week so that we don't have to fight long lines on election day. He is starting a new job Monday and I get paid hourly and need to work Tuesday. Can't wait for the election to be over...I'm tired of the 5 phone calls nightly from pollsters.
I wasn't going to vote early because I was a little leary of "something" happening to the early votes. However, I am going to have to take a trip out of state and ended up voting early anyway. I voted on the 2nd day of early voting here in FL and there were only about 20 people in there that day. It felt good to get my vote in!
Hubby and I went in and voted today! It was super easy and the line wasn't too bad. We were talking to the ladies working there and they said that 3600 people had already came in to vote early (kind of a suprise since we live in a small area). Now we play the waiting game : )
I voted early even when living in a small town. With a 20 month old, I figured that if I had to bring her along, it was better not to have to deal with long lines. It also gave me the opportunity to take my time without feeling like I had to hurry along with the other voters behind me.
