Oh we buy candy every year and we live in an apartment complex! LOL! We haven't bought any this year because we will be out of town with family to go trick-or-treating. But the years we do buy them, we usually have to buy about 5 bags, because we eat most of it before the 31st even comes around!!!

LOL! I've done that as well, I just have to make sure I don't eat them all, just in case! Hey, why get stuck with candy you don't like, right?

When we lived in an apartment there was no way we could buy enough candy!! Just had to not answer the door when it all ran out... we had TONS of trick or treaters there!

Right... we do have neighbors, but live at the top of a very big hill... so they never want to make the long trip up the hill!! I'm thinking our next door neighbor's little boy may come by if he is there this weekend... other than that I am not expecting any... But, I bought snickers, reese's peanut butter cups, and tootsie roll lollipops (to pass out! hehe)...

That's amazing you had trick-or-treaters. I've lived in several different apartments for 5 years now and not once have I ever gotten a single one.

REALLY?!? My goodness we had so many come around you couldn't get your door closed b/4 you were opening again.. of course that was almost 20 years ago... times have certainly changed!! My oldest DD lives in an apartment complex now and she is not sure what to expect... she is excited at the thought though... so maybe she'll get a few?!?

She could. I guess it depends on your area. I've lived in a couple of good places and a lot of not so friendly and better to stay off the street places. But to what I know, most trick-or-treating goes to the larger, nicely kept neighborhoods of houses...

LOL, I have my husband picking candy up on his way home from work. I hope he can find some good kinds.
I am about to start and didn't want it sitting around here before tonight.

I know we won't have any left by the end of the night, we have a ton of kids.
