Special Info I enjoy blogging, being creative, scrapbooking, playing the Wii (love the Wii Fit) and my computer is my sanity saver, being a one car family, I am home all day, all week and sometimes that really can get to me, especially in the winter. Being a caregiver can be very stressful, as it it just me to take care of my father, and I am "exhausted" but I plug along by the grace of God. I love to meet and have some new friends!!

I once had a successful business. Got so busy. Forgot to take care of my health, got sick, so sick I stayed in Intensive Care Unit for days. There I came to realize : What is wealth without good health ? So , I made it a point to help others by sharing and providing informations to those wanting to lose weight, have a better health and live a better and longer life. Goal: Motivate people to shift their thinking into a broader perspective on HEALTH which includes a proper understanding and use of the basic fundamentals of GOOD Nutrition.

I love reading books of Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen and Jim Rohn.

Ministry- I've sung on praise teams, and really enjoy participating in and leading Bible studies. I'm off to a Precepts training session tomorrow so I'll be qualified to lead Precepts studies. I don't know where I'll lead yet, but I'm just obeying the prompting.

Hi, I am very new to Twitter & also very frustrated that I just don't get how it works. Have no completly decided to stick with it yet. Seems another stressor at this point.
I am a child of the King x 13 years, wife, mom, g-mom & mini-schnauzer mom. Empty nester with the best husband in the world.
I am a retired adult nurse practitioner and will always be a nurse no matter what.
I am in a new church x 6 months and loving it. Great praise, worship & nourishment! Also have a great small group & Women's Bible study.
I have a variety of personal interests which include music, reading mysteries, painting on wood & gourds, basket weaving, floral arranging, jewelry, scrap booking and photography. Random order.
