Hi,
I am a weight watcher trying to get the kilos to disappear after having 2 kids.
The first 2,5 kilos are gone but I have a long way to go.
Anyone want to join me on this subject ?

I guess we can all use the motivation.

Hope to hear from a lot of you.

I have been thinking about trying to go back to the "old weight watchers' program. How long have you been on it?

I have been doing it on and off for about 10 years but now i started 1.9.2008 with full motivation and it is going very well !

I've done WW in the past and was thinking of doing it online again. Another Twitter follower gave me the link to this great site, which is FREE, so I'm going to try it and see before I pay to go back to WW.

I'm doing ww online, but I've been terrible at journaling and it shows! I could use the motivation, I really don't want to go back to meetings. I know it works, but the older I get the harder it is to lose weight. :(

Yes I know. The older you get....
But it is still working though and that is the good part.
There are good times and hard times but you need the click in the head.

Journaling is essential for me
I have to visualize the points i used to make it clear to my brain and my tummy haha.

I keep my fingers crossed for all of us.

Yes, I am watching my weight go up! LOL Seriously, I am not on weight watchers but I a starting to incorporate exercise into my life. And a free online site that provides recipes and support - sparkpeople.com. A wonderful community.

I actually came to the discussion forums for this very topic! I still have 15 lbs to lose after my second child (16 mos ago!) and haven't had any success taking them off. I've made some adjustments to my diet and am on day four (and hating every moment of it). I'm hopeful I can shed these last few pounds and make it into my fall wardrobe....I'd hate to go out and purchase all new clothes one size up.

Anyone else?

I just started the group which is now waiting for approval from the boss (smile).
I made the mistake to add my picture (who would want that). As soon as the group is approved of I will put a nice one in it haha.

I recently did the Medifast diet and it was amazing! I lost 47 pounds in 4 months----and now I'm working on keeping it off. I never would have believed I could get to goal...but I did...and beyond! It's a wonderful feeling to succeed and get the weight off. Anyway, I use a really nice site to log my food (not every day but often) and also log my weight. There is a paid version but I use the free one and it's more than enough....called thedailyplate. You all might like it. The best thing is most foods you eat are already in the database (including the Medifast food). Good luck to all of you!
