Hi,
I am a weight watcher trying to get the kilos to disappear after having 2 kids.
The first 2,5 kilos are gone but I have a long way to go.
Anyone want to join me on this subject ?

I guess we can all use the motivation.

this is so cool. Thanks for the information. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you keep your weight.
Unfortunately I had a very busy week with businesstrips and diners grrrr. Have until wednesday to lose the extra kilo i gained and then continue hopefully on my way down.

I recently did the Medifast diet and it was amazing! I lost 47 pounds in 4 months----and now I'm working on keeping it off. I never would have believed I could get to goal...but I did...and beyond! It's a wonderful feeling to succeed and get the weight off. Anyway, I use a really nice site to log my food (not every day but often) and also log my weight. There is a paid version but I use the free one and it's more than enough....called thedailyplate. You all might like it. The best thing is most foods you eat are already in the database (including the Medifast food). Good luck to all of you!

Weight Watcher ROCKS! I lost 40 pounds on their program, then I was doing soooo good and thought "Oh, I can do it on my own now". I maintained for a while but only took 2 months to gain 20 pounds. I finally decided, I am going to be a lifer with WW. I have no other choice. Food addiction is my disease. Oh how I wish the cookies and ice cream didn't talk to me. There is just something about going to weigh in and letting others know your on a lifestyle change, that holds you accountable. Plus, my group leader is downright hilarious. I like going to lose a pound just by laughing and toning the tummy muscles.
