People are on twitter for many reasons. And some people you follow for business/blog/social media reasons, some for fun. Who do you find the most interesting to follow and for what reason...? Maybe you can find a new fave or two!
Great thread Linda! I'm following most of these so I must be doing something right. A definite must if you're on Twitter for business is @skydiver - Peter's HARO emails are priceless. Let's see some of my favs:
@jessicaknows - she truly is an inspiration to all mom bloggers
@mommastantrum - this is one blog that I read daily - she is hilarious
@QueenofSpain - you never know what she'll post - she's always coming from left field
@typeamom - witty, fun to read and always helping others
@sundry is my favorite. She's very very funny and always publishes some sharp comment about motherhood. She has a ton of followeres but I love what she says. I also love @TravelSavvyKayt. She's new-ish to Twitter, but I love her stuff.
You can follow me if you like: @JaneECR. A typical comment would be:
"Remember Clinton/Lewinsky. We all became BJ experts. Wall Street crisis, we all become economists. Sorry but YAWWWWN!"
"Mother gave me "the talk" at 11. I only remember: Boys want to get in your knickers! It's served me well."
Hideous moment in Whole Foods. Shopping came to $200+ (yeah, about 3 things in Whole Foods). Didn't have my wallet! I CAN"T GO THERE AGAIN!
@hotdogsladies really funny, snarky, nerdy
@jdickerson funny, snarky, political writer at slate and analyst type
@kcbsnews just started twittering ... but will be a must follow (because i write it)
@joetrippi political (duh)
@hodgman he's the pc guy in those mac commercials ... and on the daily show sometimes too.
@chrisbrogan (social media - great stuff)
@jerseyshorejen
@newmediajim (NBC photographer who's always doing something interesting)
And I second (or third, fourth, whatever)
@ricksanchezcnn
@andersoncooper360 (Mostly links to his blog, but I have high hopes)
@dooce
@blurb (Dooce's hubby)
