Someone found me through a twitter keyword search and asked if I needed copywriting help with a direct mail campaign I tweeted about. Turns out that most of his company's clients are big names - Chicago Tribune, Visa - that caliber of clientele. Still, he was more than generous with his time, giving me advice and tips and offering to work with me even for a small amount of time to fit in to my small budget. He really extended himself for someone who couldn't bring much profit to him at all. That's my heartwarming Twitter story. :)
I found a home soda machine. Someone posted a review of it with a video and I was sold INSTANTLY! I've been looking for an affordable machine for some time, but they were all in the 500+ range - too much for me.
I bought it within minutes of reading the review. :) I'm hoping this doesn't happen too often.
I have discovered an incredible world of social networking. I knew it was out there, but I didn't really understand the power of it until Twitter. I'm still learning, but it's pretty amazing.
I have multiple Twitter accounts and keep track of the world through them. I have found people to work with and friends I did not know. Plus good blog traffic for my personal and work blogs.

Enjoying the connection with other like minded people...and twittering is addictive! Twitter also helps, not just me, get the word out about interesting blogs, websites and resources that many of us would have never know about.
I've been on Twitter so long it's hard to narrow it down! I've found through word of mouth (not 'direct' advertising tweets) so many good software/services (Evernote.com is my fav!) plus I've reconnected with customers from my old scrapbook store.
Other than new followers, new blogs to read and visitors to my site...
My name as someone's logo.
I know that's probably not that interesting...but since I rarely see my name anywhere I thought
it was cool :-)
