I'm collecting recipes using amaranth - either in it's whole grain form, or as a flour. Recipes will be posted to my weblog, and saved for a cookbook to be published by Partridge Hill Media.
Be sure to include the story behind your recipe, why you like it, etc. Do not include proprietary recipes without express permission of the creator (be sure to tell them it will be included in a printed cookbook).
