Any tips on how to get organized for back to school? Its around the corner and I'm beginning to panic!

If you mean the best place to buy supplies, I love Staples when they have their sales. They just had packs of paper for one cent each. One cent! I think I bought 100 of them - enough to get my kids through to high school graduation!

I also hit Target when they offer their sales.

One of the biggest helps to me last year was getting two stackable paper trays from Staples - one for each of my daughters. They're black so they match my kitchen countertops. I put it on our desk/counter in the kitchen and that's where my daughters' important papers go, directly from their bookbags. That way, I know to always check the trays to keep up on what needs to be done, signed, handed in, etc.

I also always make my kids' lunches the night before. Then in the morning, I just pop them into the lunch boxes and they're good to go. Same with the bookbags - they're always packed and ready to go the night before. And actually, this holds true for my youngest's outfit ... she picks it out the night before and the rule is, once she picks it out, she can't change her mind in the morning.

I swear, these little things make our mornings run so much smoother.
