Yes - I generally always have the holiday blues before, during and AFTER the holidays. Maybe because during my childhood Christmas was an absolute nightmare every year. I just try to focus more on my work or business to keep my mind off things.
YES!!!! - That on top of the cpsia fun It's been bad. I parked myself on the couch in front of the tv for 2 days and watched movies. You know which one helped the most? Forest Gump.
This may help...Joyce meyers says this the minute you see yourself sinking think of something else...this time of the year you have to watch it that you don't get house bound if you are home all time... join social networks on the computer, force yourself to go out, watch funny movies...
