Hi, try Stride Rite. They are well known for making one of the best shoes for babies that are learning to walk

Try Stride Rite. But, have your baby fitted and sized. Babies tend to curl their toes at first when learning to balance themselves. If your baby has a wide foot you definitely want to fit the child in a wide width shoe. The next brands I highly recommend if a Stride Rite shoe shop is not in your area is New Balance for wide feet and Nike for narrow feet.

Thanks ladies, I am so excited to go shopping for them. I appreciate the feedback!

Robeez, or any other soft-soled shoe (Robeez can be kind of expensive, but the knock-offs work just as well). They need to be able to grip the floor with their toes and thicker-soled shoes prevent that. Plus they help their little bones develop properly.
