Do you nap everyday?

I actually try to nap every day. I have multiple sclerosis and suffer from really bad fatigue. I schedule in a nap from 2- 3:30 so that I am awake by the time the kids get home from school. With them home on break I am really feeling how much I rely on the nap because it has been happening less frequently!
Naps are actually good for everyone so I am proud of you for taking care of yourself!

Wish it was so - not a chance! My wish for Melissa is that she gets 365 naps in 2009 - God Bless.

I don't nap on a regular basis--but I do rest a lot. I have Chronic Fatigue--so I have no choice. I have learned to be grateful for the rest up to a point!

It's refreshing to read a discussion on naps and rest. They both seem to be dirty words these days!!

I nap daily. I'm 56 and if I didn't nap, I'd be a walking wreck. I don't work, so I can lay down on the sofa, turn on the soaps, and I'm gone in about 5 minutes. I don't power nap, I sleep for a couple of hours. Usually when my kids come home from school they wake me up.

I actually took a nap on 12-23-08 for one hour. I caught a terrible cold and I was grateful my parents could babysit our son. Other than that, I can't remember the last time I took a nap. There's always so much to do.
