Grocery Giveaway! Got any great recipes for the Fall? Blog about them and win cash!

French’s Foods and TwitterMoms have teamed up to find out who’s got the best kitchen chops among the TwitterMoms. French’s is hosting the Cook-Off 2009 on their site and you could win up to a $100 gift card to the supermarket of your choice by entering the Cook-Off and posting the recipe you used to enter on your blog!

Do you have a secret recipe for honey mustard chicken? Do you grill the best burgers in your neighborhood? Is your beef stir-fry to die for? We want to hear about it!

Here’s how it works:
To participate, simply enter one of your recipes in the French’s Cook-Off 2009, and post the recipe you entered on your blog. Feel free to upload photos of the dish or post the story behind the recipe, too! The only requirement we ask is that your post includes at least one link to http://Frenchs.com/Cookoff so your readers can enter too. Then return to this discussion page, post a comment below summarizing your blog post, and include an active link to your qualifying blog entry. That’s it! All Grocery Giveaway winners will be contacted on November 2st!

Here are the requirements for recipes entered into the French's Cook-Off 2009:

I entered the FRENCH'S Cook-off and blogged about it here:

As someone who doesn't cook very often, what are the chances that I'd make something experimental Tuesday night that happened to include FRENCH'S Classic Yellow Mustard in it AND still have one serving left so I could take a photo? Not the most creative recipe, but easy and was a hit in our home.
How fun!! I have never shared a recipe on my blog so I'm a bit nervous!

My recipe is for an easy chicken salad. I love using rotisserie chickens you can buy already cooked in the deli as it makes things so easy and they are yummo! My recipe uses 3 cups of cooked chicken, french's Honey Dijon mustard, olive oil, hardboiled eggs, bagged salad, shredded cheese, croutons and your dressing of choice!! You mix your chicken in a bowl with the honey dijon, You cook chicken in a skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil to crisp and brown it a bit, then toss together with all the ingredients for the salad and yummmo!

I'm using the FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce to experiment with a vegetarian recipe. Hope it'll turn out good. Thanks for the giveaway!
I love cooking and mustard is one of my favorite condiments, so naturally my blog recipe has mustard in it. This really is my favorite time of year for cooking.

Nana's Sloppy Joes

1# ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1 package of onion soup mix
2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of Heinz ketchup
1 teaspoon of French's Mustard

Brown beef and celery until tender. Stir to separate meat. Stir in soup mix, flour, water, ketchup and mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve on warm buttered buns! The messier the better! I always serve mine with potato chips because I love to scoop up the fallen meat with the chips! YUMMY!
