How Many Twitter Accounts?

Do you have more than one Twitter account? If so.. How many? Do they serve different purposes?

I started out with just my personal Twitter account - the one I update "on-the-go" from my cell phone that's always updated. It's shared privately but only because having so many spam bots trying to follow it, really weirded me out.

I started a second account that was meant to accompany a blog I was writing at the time about decorating my house on a budget. I updated it only about things pertaining to the house. I don't really use it any more because I no longer have any use for it.

Then I started a third account [I know.. crazy, right?] for another blog I write. It's exclusively for updates pertaining to a virtual world I create products for and write news about.

Crazy me started a fourth account [phew!] for my public blog The Diary of the Short, Fat Cyclops. Like my personal twitter account, it's made of personal updates but it's open to be followed. A lot of the updates are the same as what is found in my personal twitter account, but it offers some blog related only tweets as well.

I already have to write for sites, send newsletters, manage conference calls etc, too many passwords already:). Without tweed deck I do not think I'd tweet. I have almost 5,000 followers for @BabyOrganics and an average of 600 for my personal account. I find that people respond more to my personal account and I can barely hold on a conversation with my business account. I'm not giving up though. I'm determined to find someone that is interested in @BabyOrganics and bring me into their circle. LOL
