I am going to be a grandma makes # 2 , I am so excited !!!! How meny do you have ???
worried about the first being jealous she will be 4 1/2 years old when new baby arrives.

I have 4 grandchildern - ages 2 - 14!
Boys ages: 14, 7 and 2. One girl that is 4.
What a blast!!!
As for your question: I an a firm believer in what we worry about - comes about.
Just intend (visualize) she will be very excited about the new sibling and all will be well.
