Samsung Home Appliances and TwitterMoms have teamed up to create an easy blogging contest around one simple question: “Where Is the Heart of Your Home?”
The heart of your home is a special place where family and friends gather; where memories are made and shared; and a place where you come together as a family.
Samsung wants to hear from you and your fellow TwitterMoms on where that special place for your family is. Here’s the best part…one blogger who enters the contest and gets the most comments on their blog posts will get a free Samsung Washer (WF448AAP) and Dryer (DV448AEP)! It’s the biggest, most valuable giveaway we’ve been able to secure for our community of blogging moms!
How It Works:
To participate, simply write a post on your own blog answering the question: “Where Is the Heart of Your Home?” The only requirements we ask are that you:
1. Include at least one link back to this page in your post, so your readers can learn more about what prompted your post and enter the contest too
2. Include this link to Samsung Home Appliances (http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/group/group.do?group=homeappliances)
3. Post the special Samsung badge on your blog (get the code here)
4. Tweet about the contest using the hashtag #SamsungAppliances
5. Return to this discussion page, post a comment below summarizing your blog post, and include an active link to your qualifying blog entry
That’s it! The contest officially ends October 2, 2009. Winner to be announced on October 9, 2009.

• One lucky blogger who entered and gets the most comments on their blog posts will win a free Samsung Washer (WF448AAP) and Dryer (DV448AEP). Rules for comments: Anonymous and comments made by yourself do not count.
• Samsung will sponsor another contest beginning on 10/5, so please keep a look out and enter again for a chance to win another free home appliance!!!

On Twitter Moms the question of the day from Samsung is 'Where is the Heart of the Home?'Now my first response is that it is in the laundry room but that is only when the boys have the stomach flu. But my real answer is that the heart is in each one in the Ford castle. The heart resides in me, for loving my family so much that I continue to keep us chugging along.It resides in my husband as his love for our family grows each day as he fulfills his promise to provide for us. Emotionally, financially and spiritually.It resides in my sons as we strive to have them grow into respectful, confident men who are responsible for their own actions.This is my goal, this is what resides in my heart.

The link to the badge is giving me a 404 Error. I can't seem to tweet # hastags I already opened a claim ticket with Twitter but have no clue when it will get fixed what do I do. Can I tweet and some one can RT so it shows up? HELP!!

The Heart of My Home is my bed! Not just for sleeping and cuddling with little ones when they are scared in the middle of the night, it is the center of story time and our favorite place to 'hang out with mom'. Lots of giggling and talking and cuddling takes place on my bed.
I am glad we have a King sized bed!
