5 after 5 votes My sister tried EVERYTHING and her husband got surgery. Lasted for a while but then went back to snoring. Only thing that works for him was http://www.puresleep.com/
He saw it on an infomercial and thought, well I've tried everything else!

I definitely need to get DH to try this! He did actually go in for a sleep study and was sent home with a "prescription" of ear plugs - FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!! I don't think so! My ears are sensitive, so there's no way I could do that. They get sore even just after sleeping on my side, so no ear plugs for me. The dr. said he has "mild to moderate" snoring. I think the dr. should have to try sleeping with him! We sometimes sleep apart if I want to get a good night's rest. I sent him the link to the Pure Sleep, so maybe he'll try that out. The nose strips did nothing for him. The dr. did tell him that his uvula (sp?) is a bit long, so is likely the culprit, so maybe the Pure Sleep thing will help. I HOPE!!!!!!!
Who ever invented the cPap machine saved many marriages and sleepless nights. ;)
Not only what my hubby tired "all the time" and falling asleep in customers offices... but he was one big grouchy bear.
Since the sleep study and the cPap machine... we have a much happier camper in the house and he feels so much healthier. He likes waking up feeling rested and having a positive attitude. Go figure.
Really! If you husband has a snoring problem (even if he doesn't believe he does) Give him the gift of "life" and get him into a sleep study. It's painless and just might save his life!
