Okay - so just a quick reminder of how this works.

1. You have the whole of Tuesday to contact your blog swap partner. If they dont have an email address listed, click on their name, it will take you to their profile page. leave them a comment there, or on their blog, and try to get hold of them.
2. On Wednesday the swap will happen - you can either create guest accounts for your blog, or email the post to your partner for them to publish it for you.
3. Use the twittermoms blogswap graphic at the top of your post.
4. Do a short intro:

"Todays guest post is brought to you by Partner Name from Blog Name.
This is all part of the TwitterMoms "Blog Swap".
Don't forget to go check out my post over on their site

Partner name – should have a link to your partner's Twitter Moms Profile Page filled out in the hyperlink, and their site name and URL filled in at 'Blog Name' hyperlink. Leave the TwitterMoms and Blog Swap links as is, and then add the direct link to your guest post on your partner's blog in the 'my post over on their site' hyperlink."

5. As for what to write, you have topic choices:
a) 'bad mommy moments'
b) 'the best things about being a mom'
c) 'the 10 things that keep me sane'
d) 'letter to my kid(s) to be read in 10 years time'

5. Then go check out everyone else's swapping that's been going on, and leave them commentluv, okay?
