In an effort to consistently improve the network for you (our dear friends), Megan and I have set up a group called the TM Think Tank.

Here is the definition of a Think Tank: a research institute or organization employed to solve complex problems or predict or plan future developments, as in military, political, or social areas.

While we're not being that formal, we are immersing ourselves in the TM World and thinking of ways to improve it. Everything from contests and content to membership and benefits.

Have a great idea? We want to hear it! To become a member of the Think Tank, you must apply first. We want the group to be as high-quality as possible, so we're limiting it to the first 50 eligible candidates. If you're accepted into the group, we hope that you'll fully participate in all discussions and give feedback as necessary. Ranting is not allowed, but constructive discussions are the name of the game.

So, what are you waiting for? There are already 12 members, so spots will be filling up fast!

Hi Angela,
Just joined TM and seriously interested in being involved in the "think tank"....I have been a participant in several think tank projects and would love to share what I've gained. Im very involved in the philosophy of paying it forward...as an entrepreneur writer and creative thinker I have had the opportunity of owning several businesses that have been very successful while balancing a very busy family life with 3 boys.
I have a passion to help inspire train and mentor women to live their best lives and develop their skills to become everything they want to be.
I have just launched a free community site as part of my vision ....www.sheeolounge.ning.com.
If you think I could be of assistance please let me know......I wish you all the success I am sure you are going to do a wonderful job to improve and move this community forward. Your commitment and participation in this site is exemplary and you are a real blessing to the women here.
Warm Regards
Susie Pitt

Hi Megan and Angela-I would love to be a part of this group! I have already e-mailed Megan privately about some ideas I have for Twitter Moms. I was a Moderator for Compuserve mom forums in the early 1990's when most people didn't even know about the Internet, and helped them build a large mom and baby community back then. I don't have a lot of extra time, but since my brain never turns off, and I see opportunities like the Ghost Whisperer sees apparitions, I would like to use it to help other moms.

Here is my short professional "resume":
Connector. Convener. Weaver of words.
Lisa’s specialty is finding just the right blend of traditional media and modern social networking to help clients position themselves and publicize their products and services. With more than 20 years in the production and publication fields, she holds a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Print Journalism from the University of Southern California.

From the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” to networks such as NBC, ABC, CNN and CBS, to small-town newspapers, Lisa secures press coverage that clients dream of. She works diligently to find the right spin to make your product or service newsworthy and ensures that your message is delivered effectively to the media. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, major non-profits, family-run businesses, celebrities and more. Her outgoing personality and experience coupled with her exhaustive contact database allows her to place client media nationwide.

Personally, I am mom of 3 extremely active kids, a wife of almost 19 years, a professional carpooler and sports equipment sherpa. My long-term goal is to create a 12-step program for recovering PTA Queens.
