What do you call your mother in law?

hello everyone, i need some good advice here,i am living with the in laws and my mother in law asked me to call her mum but i cant bring myself to say it..i dont know what else to do as shes a traditional lady..any advice? p.s my mum also wants me to call my mother in law mum out of respect for the lady!

if i need something i just go up to her and ask, i dont yell "mummmm" like her adult kids do.. i think shes hurt by this but im 30 years old and never called anyone besdies my own mum by that..im sure you all understand but i seriously do not know what to call her.
