My vote is for Heroes. Great plot, lots of cliff hangers, well developed characters. DH and I started watching it a few weeks ago on Netflix and I must confess we have been up until midnight almost every night watching multiple episodes. Gotta stop this and get some sleep!
I get caught up in Antiques Roadshow. I think to myself, 'I'll just watch to see what this hand carved desk from 1801 is worth and then it's off to bed.' Then the next item will resemble something I saw just last week in a second hand shop or didn't my mom have something like that in her curio cabinet? Before I know it I've stayed for the entire episode. Sucked in once again!
I PVR a lot of shows, so it's hard to choose! However, when I scroll through the list, there are always a few that I want to watch before others:
Life
Friday Night Lights
Dirty Sexy Money
The Office
Lost
Scrubs
I'm also a sucker for the reality shows - Survivor and Amazing Race - and they're both starting up again soon!
And if you're in Canada, one of the coolest shows that is on again, off again is Rent-a-Goalie. Best Canadian show ever! (Oh, except original Degrassi, of course.)
This is the last season? OMG- you just made me cry- I did not know that and obviously that and Brothers and Sisters (that follows it) are the shows I am most addicted to!

In addition to 24, Desperate Housewives. This is the last season. :(
I don't know if it's "addictive", but I'm very invested in Grey's and Private Practice, because I've watched them from the beginning. They are the only 2 shows I watch every single week, even though Grey's is not nearly as good as it was the first 3 years.
Shows that I have the DVR set for, and MUST watch, are The Amazing Race (starting next Sunday!!!), Army Wives, American Idol, and The Real Housewives of Orange County.
