Sometimes the sound of crunching on Capt'n Crunch ( a bowl of cereal) annoys the heck out of me.

I have to find myself on occasions, walking to the other room, so my kids can get their
good cruncing session on. lol.

What are your pet peeves? are do you share one similiar?

Ha,ha....these are both cute and so true. Its so hard to all the time be the loving mommy when you love the heck out of them, but man, can they annoy you as well!! My little girl asks me over and over if I'm mad at her....and I never am, but this is making me mad!!!!! ;)

I can say that my big annoyance is that my 2 do nothing but fight constantly with each other lately. They are 4 years apart and love to aggravate and fight with each other.

When my 3 1'/2 year old is bored he makes a "slurping his spit" sound...I do my best to correct him in a positive manner because this is extremely rude and crude...it's a sound that's like nails on a chalkboard to me!

Other than that, I love my little slurpie!

Sometimes the word "mama" irritates me... Especially if I hear it 20 times in 10 minutes. LOL....

Sometimes my older daughter will talk to me in a baby-talk voice. It annoys the daylights out of me! I have to tell her over and over to please just talk in her regular voice. I am not sure why she thinks that's cute!

I can relate to ALL of the above. The fighting is driving me crazy - can't wait for school to start. And mama, mama, mama, mama from my clingy little 8yo girl can get to be a bit much! My 10 yo son is the one who does the baby talk. Don't know why. But I truly do love them tremendously. I just want to share them with their new teachers who will love them, too!

My kids pick at each other it seems all day long! I have an 8yr old boy, a 7yr old boy and a 3yr old girl. As soon as there are two in a room, the whining and bickering start! Calgon take me away!!!

Oh.. and my 3yr old still wants "up up"! I love them though, just sometimes very irritating!

The endless questions. I love my children and how inquisitive they are. But my goodness! How in depth should we go on certain things? For instance:

DD: What is that?
Me: A commercial
DD: What kind of commercial?
Me: A Dr. Pepper commercial
DD: What kind of Dr. Pepper commercial?
Me: A silly Dr. Pepper commercial
DD: What kind of silly Dr. Pepper commercial?
Me: Honey, I think you're going in circles
DD: (pauses, then) What kind of circles?

True story.
