Hi everyone, I grew up watching ABC soaps (AMC, OLTL, and GH) with my mom and still do today when possible. It's amazing seeing Susan Lucci after all the years looking as radiant for her age. You've probably grown up with a favorite actress/actor from your favorite Soap. Who is it? It's amazing how Luke and Laura of GH can still pull in the highest ratings. I believe on GH that Robin and Patrick will be the uprising couple or maybe LuLu and Johnny, or Carly and Jacks. How many of you miss Brenda's role? Brenda could really stir things up.

I used to follow General Hospital and Y & R as a teen, but have stuck by Y & R to this day. Victor Nueman has barely aged!

General Hospital all the way....my mother and father watched it...Dad grew up in Boston so General Hospital really hit home for him....although he is gone now (unfortunately all too soon--he was only 46) I can still remember him ranting and raving about GH and all the things the mobsters used to get into.... I still have to watch it at least once a week to keep up.....for daddy if nothing else!

Totally Young & the Restless. I watched that show on and off for like 8 years! General Hospital, definately Luke & Laura's wedding, Dr. Noah Drake -- I was also a huge Rick Springfield fan ;) but only a few years for that show.

I watched Days of Our Lives, Another world (loved jake the bad boy) and Santa Barbara ( I wanted to be Eden because I had a huge crush on Cruise). My mom still watches Days but I think it has gone downhill from what it was when I was in high school 15 years ago! lol...if she misses it during the day she just turns to the soap network lol.
