I personally think both bring something to the table. I personally like facebook for photo sharing with my family and friends, and the groups i am in, I like twitter, cause it is a quick way to see what people are up to, if they posted on thier blog etc... so, I think both are equally GREAT!

That is a good question, I'll answer it, on facebook I have 362 "friends" and Twitter just over 170 followers and out of those numbers only 3 people are on both for me...

I am using the Twitter application for Facebook integration so my Tweets go to both locations.

Now you have me curious about how many people connect on both?

How many of you have the same friends on Facebook as Twitter?

I prefer Twitter to twittering with my blogging friends. More of my "in real life" friends are on facebook. So equal for me! :)

I like both, but probably spend more time on Facebook, as it is pretty time consuming to sit and try to keep up with all of the tweets.

I really like both, I promote my twitter account on FB and my FB account on Twitter.

If you learn to master Twitter the world is at your fingertips. Tweeter's have more power to make positive change around the world than any other generation before us. It's all in your song.

Facebook is exactly nothing more than it's name a book of faces. Facebook will never have the power of Twitter. I like Facebook, but for totally different purposes such as posting photos and videos. Simple twitter examples vs Facebook: Twitter makes it easier and faster to drive traffic to blogs or really anything of interest. Every news media is following tweeters around the world for updated current events and views of the people. Companies are targeting consumers on twitter for advertising purposes and not paying any pay per click fees. Twitter messaging makes it easier to stay in contact with your children, family and friends.

If you find it consuming following tweets use twitter tracker. Track tweets of your favorite interest or people. It helps make life in twitterland simpler. You can find the Twitter Tracker application here on TMs in applications.

I would say both. They are two different social media networking tools. Twitter is like instant messaging to the world and you can find and follow people with the same backgrounds and interests. Facebook is like an online reunion. I have reconnected with long lost friends from junior high through college. They are both excellent and highly recommended!

I'd say both.

I use both of them for very different things. I use my main Facebook profile to keep in touch with close friends and family plus I have a business page and group for my website but I try to keep the wrok and personal sides very separate. With Twitter, I have my website blog feeding in and I link to my site occasionally but I generally chat about day to day stuff mos of the time. I find Twittter a lot simpler and more accessible than Facebook and it doesn't keep trying to install annoying applications.

I do better with facebook- I feel like I'm still figuring twitter out. It seems deceptively simple almost. However Twittermoms improves twitter for me, gives me a context for jumping in...
