I believe Twitter is, it is out to help people more. I love the people on Facebook, but Facebook has to many stupid rules.

Technology is FANTASTIC but just as SpellCheck has been gravely reducing our spelling skills, I fear that microblogging will soon reduce our collective ability to actually think and communicate in complex and intellectual structures. Ive recently started to write in paper and ink again. To answer the question posed, Facebook is Hot.

I am just learning how to maximize both, however, I think Facebook is great for regional/local contacts that you already know. I believe Twitter allows you to meet new people from all over the US and other countries.

i'm going to do what i usualy do now, which is get muddled by the openess of the question
if hotter applies to personal preference - facebook
more frequent usage - twitter
more effective networking - twitter
more intimate - facebook
more portable twitter
spend more time surfing -facebook
TIE
more users -fb

This is fun an awesome way to chat! I have both facebook and myspace and my space (in my opinion) sucks compared to face book. BUt I betting give a bit of time to learn my way around here and this will rank right up there. Thanks Megan for creating a place for us "MOMS"

Hmm, I think they both could be, but for me facebook is more personal. Twitter I guess sounds hotter ;)

I really enjoy them both. I have met so many great people here on twitter moms (Thank you Megan!) including Angela who has recently become my business partner at Angel Baby Boutique. So for me twitter moms is definately in the "lead" at this time!! I do have alot of friends and clients on facebook as well though so this is really a tough question :)
I just love to network and meet new people!!
