What's your favorite comfort food?

It's cold and dreary outside - a perfect time to eat some yummy, filling comfort food! What's your favorite and why? Mac-n-cheese? Mashed potatoes? Apple Pie?

As a woman who has lost 100 pounds...something that tastes good and is filled with calories often gives you comfort. Now, of course, a large bowl of chile with a chunk of a crusty bread
rates to most as comfort food..however...the tight pant feeling after eating does not give comfort at all. Rather it can give you the feeling of insecurity not to mention "discomfort"! No worries...how about a nice hot cup of sugar free hot chocolate with a bunch of caramel rice crackers. yum!...sweet and no guilt.
