It just hit 23 degrees here in Illinois. Thanks to the wind chill, it feels like 9.

Well, in true Canadian style, I skied at -35 degrees C (that's -31 degrees F) last week - OKAY, it wasn't pretty and I gave up after two runs. Forecast is -20 C tomorrow morning, that's -4 F... things are looking up! :-)

Do people up north have a special secret about the cold?
How do you get your car to start and keep your hands and feet from freezing??

Hi there that sounds like bliss to me at the moment as here in Australia it has been 115 for the last few days. I like the hot weather but not that high. The highest I can cope with around 95 to 100. I am looking forward to the cool change of 77 at the weekend. It is now 95. You are thankfull ugg boots I am thankfull air conditioning.

It's raining here in phoenix which is pretty rare. its a cool 62 degrees. I think it's because my mother-in-law is coming. She's bringing her east coast, nyc weather!

I'm on a mini-vacation (Pismo Beach, CA) and it's 54 degrees and beautiful, I don't want to leave! But then it's a little warmer back home. I just like being away from home at the moment (sigh).
