Why cant i see my coke reward points from sprite?????

Hi i am just wondering why i cant see my points for the bonus 500 after doing all that is required of me can anyone answer me I have been asking for days now? Thanks

Thank you for participating in the Sprite Back to School program! My apologies for not replying to you earlier. Once the program is officially over, we will tally the people who participated in the program and Sprite will be sending everyone who qualifies their My Coke Reward Points. According to my contacts at Sprite, you should received your points in September.
