YES! It is one of my favorite things about Christmas! Thanks for reminding me about making my OWN cards! I've been so busy sending out orders for everyone elses cards, that I dare say I almost forgot to design our own! (Wooops!)

For me the question is: Will I be able to get them out before Christmas? I have a huge list of people and I always write personal notes to everyone as well, but I as long as I get them out before Christmas Eve, I can sleep soundly at night!

I already have my Christmas cards made and reasy to ship.

I love getting Christmas cards. I hate getting Christmas letters, they always come across that the family who send them are bragging about what a wonderful life they have.

My husband and I always sit together and write out Christmas cards. I never used to send them, but since I met him...well every year he gets so much pleasure out of choosing cards, choosing which one to send to which person, writing little notes to family and friends. It's just so darn cute. So, this year I bought handmade cards on Etsy to make me feel a little better about the expense. :)

I've taken some of the prettiest X-mas Card fronts and put them in nice 3x5 frames. Even sometimes have put them in 4x6 frames with a colored piece of paper behind it. It looks great and is not only a nice decoration to put on your table, or mantle or bathroom vanity, but they are easy and inexpensive gifts to give out.

I like sending them out every few years. I'm actually concentrating more of my efforts online and showing people my family pics through my blog.

Yes, I do send them. Personally, I don't find it to be a waste and I do enjoy receiving them. I usually send a photo card but this year I'm cutting back...not sending as many and not spending as much on cards. You don't have to break the bank.

Yep. Made it a family affair, picked the picture and took it to Target. Selected the St Judes/Salvation army background. Picked up pix after we shopped. Yes, I love getting them. Esp. those giving update of what happened during the year.
