I have noticed this also just the past year I would say. I blow up at small things that would not normally bother me. I have a negative attitude. It sucks. Some months aren't as bad as others so I'm wondering if there is some sort of dietary difference here. I don't have an answer for this problem but I do sympathize with you. I know I'm really having a bad rage of hormones when my husband says "do you really think you had to react like that?" Just that line makes me angry but I also makes me realize it's the hormones and I need to chill out.
If I find anything that works I will share it with you.
