LOL! Yes, it takes some getting used to -- the lemon is good for cleansing the lymphatic system, the apple cider vinegar for resetting the PH in the body, helping to make it more alkaline and the spices are good for fighting inflammation and detoxing!

What was that web address? When I get a minute, I'll check it out. :)

Hi Debbie,

What kind of freelance writing do you do? I do health/fitness/medical writing - I've been at home for the past year after a layoff and it's turned into a real blessing. My kids are 9 & 11. It's great to have a flexible schedule for a change. I'm 43, and while each year is better than the last, I don't like odd numbers. Looking forward to 44 in the spring. Have a good one!

Hello everyone,

I love this 40's forum. Sometimes I feel like everyone is 20 years younger than me and so darn perky:) I will enjoy commiserating with the 40 something crown.

I'll be 43 in November. I'm a teacher turned freelance writer and live with my husband, 3 kids (13,12,10 One girl, Two boys), and 5 pets. I love being at home and have been for most of the kids' childhood. My dogs thank me also.

I'm looking forward to the discussions here.

New to the group, LOVE being over 40. The confidence, the freedom, being comfortable in my own skin, knowing what I want & don't want and being unafraid to say so. The forties are FABULOUS!
