Chick lit

Am I the only "chick lit" fan here? Most of the stuff I read is from this genre. I like it because the stories are generally good and fun and they are quick reads. Who is your favorite chick lit author?

Count me in! I love mysteries, but was introduced to this genre and having fun reading it for a change. Currently reading Sophie Kinsella, look forward to reading other authors.

Raising hand! Love Chick Lit. Love other genres as well, but sometimes I think Chick Lit gets a bad rap when an author has to be just as talented as that of a more "intellectual" genre to make us smile, laugh and feel warm and fuzzy...without insulting our intelligence.

I love chick lit also! My fav authors are Sophie Kinsella, Jane Green, Jennifer Weiner, Emily Giffin, Cecelia Ahern, Jill Mansell, Carol Matthews, Plum Sykes. I have loads of books on my shelves from other CL authors as well. I don't read only CL, but I love to read them in between the more complex books for a bit of light, fluffy fun ;)
