Our most recent featured book, The Parent Trip: From High Heels and Parties to Highchairs and Potties by Jenna McCarthy has led us on a search to find funny mommy stories. Jenna's book takes us through the pre-baby making stage up until the first year. One of the things I love about Jenna's writing style is the humor and wisdom. She entertains you with great stories and also provides great wisdom and information needed to survive.

Hello! I'm kids' editor at KidsHealth.org, where we're giving away 5 copies of The Pink Locker Society, a novel about puberty for tween girls. Just tweet about The Pink Locker Society (www.pinklockersociety.org) and you could be a winner!

The book is intended for girls ages 8-12. The plot revolves around middle school friends who discover they're members of a secret society that gives girl-to-girl advice. And, of course, the main character has a really big crush on a super-dreamy boy. We're hoping moms will read the book too and use it as a way to connect with their daughters.
