How do I contact book groups?

I'm the author of The Break-Up Diet: A Memoir and I'm interested in introducing my book to reading groups.

I've posted discussion questions on the book website and also on ReadingGroupGuides.com, but I'm not sure how to actually contact the reading groups to introduce myself.

I created a .pdf with the book cover images, reviews, a two-chapter excerpt, and an invitation to meet either in-person or via telechat with the groups. I'd like to send the packet to group organizers, so they can email it to all the members and decide if they'd like to use my book as a reading selection. But how do I find and contact the reading groups?

If anyone has any suggestions for a resource or website, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! =)

I just noticed I can add a file to this discussion post, so I'll post the .pdf packet. If anyone has any suggestions about how I can make it better (things book clubs would want to see in it), that would be great too. =)
