twitter moms: the influential moms network

"Don't touch nothing"
"Don't ask for nothing"
"Don't make me"
"Wait to we get home"
"I'm telling your daddy"
"Go get me a switch" and "it better not be a little one"

Which was your momma's favorite saying? Which one did you fear the most?

I would say my mom is the don't bother me. That's the kind of mom I am too. God is working on me.

This is too funny! My mother was every one of them except "I'm telling your daddy." There was never a need for that, my mother always handled all issue that she was faced with.

My mom was the "Don't touch anything" and "Don't ask me for anything" type. Shopping with her was always interesting.
My mom did't believe in waiting until we got home. You could do that back then.
Dad was afraid to "discipline" us for fear he would hurt us girls. So we were much more afraid of her.
My mom used a belt.

P.S. The quotes are exactly as my mother said them. She was an English major.
