PA Resources Needed - Pottsville/Allentown/Reading area?

Hi, all -
I'm (shhh!) up for a great job that would require my family to relocate to Pennsylvania. The position is in Pottsville, so we'd be looking to move around there somewhere.
I have two boys with ASD - my 8 YO who has Aspergers and my 3.5 YO who is PDD/NOS with Semantic Pragmatic Disorder, as well as a totally typical 5 (and completely adorable) year old.
If I'm even going to consider this move, I need to know that -
a) There are good therapists in this area - particularly ABA psychologists and speech therapists - who work with kids
b) The schools are excellent (very important to me!) and can accommodate my boys in mainstream classes.
I'd love to live somewhere with an actual town, too, and a little bit of diversity among the population.
Can anyone help? I'm open to any town that is a reasonable distance from Pottsville, as long as it meets my criteria.
