What's your relationship with your PTA?
Or PTO (or whatever your school disctrict calls it). I just blogged about my acute disdain for my PTA and couldn't help thinking...yup, my inability to get into the PTA fold is yet more evidence of my bad mommyness. *sigh* But I'm ok with that. How about you?

What's a PTA? Is that the group of super moms parading around school with their noses in the air that rejected my overly qualified application to be the PTA secretary because they didn't "know" me? Maybe I have a few issues with that group, too:) Maybe my blog is further evidence as to why I was rejected, but I think it was them ,not me;)

I have no relationship with our PTO, and I don't want one.
Reason number 1? They don't speak English and they hate me because I don't speak Spanish.
Reason 2- they just passed a school uniform policy in a public school.
Reason 3- I'm sure they don't want me and my renegade ideas making big waves in their little, self-important pond.
