In it I talk about Vitamin D , it's correlation to SAD ( which I have) and Health Canada's recommendations for daily supplementation of Vitamin D in our lives, as well as the recent findings of VIT D's relations to other health issues.

Given that over 97 percent of Canadian are found to be Vitamin D deficient due to our northern latitude, i thought it might be helpful to some of us.

No sales pitch here, just genuinely trying to do my part to help make Canada the best place in the world to live.
