8. Post flyers on bulletin boards in your neighborhood
9. Write and submit articles to newspapers and magazines
10. Participate in a walkathon or organize your own.

Another idea - ask every restaurant you visit for their gluten free menu. When they don't know what you're talking about, give them a one page "about gluten" flyer to take to their management!
