What is Celiac Disease?
"Celiac disease is an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the villi of the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. What does this mean?
Celiac disease is triggered by consumption of the protein called gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye."

try mrs. mays trio bar. it is in costco right now. and find them @ www.mrs.mays.com. they are a nut, seed and fruit bar and they are a great substitute for a granola bar. no oats. also someone was looking for french fries, if you are in the california area or familiar with In & Out burger stands. they only fry real potatoes in their fryers and you can order the burgers protien style, where the meat, cheese and gooey stuff is all wrapped up in lettuce instead of a bun.. its the only burger place i visit and i have not had a contamination, sauce on burger is also gluten free. also i believe there was ?'s about bread has anyone tried Ener-g foods Light tapioca or Light brown rice bread???? at www.ener-g.com this bread is the closest i have come to Wonder bread. ok, ok, its the best one i have found. and great for peanut butter and jelly. makes a quick pizza bread too..

Great idea Wendy! Here is a link to my reviews. I think the following products that I reviewed would be great in lunches:
ANDI bars
Schar shortbread cookies
S'moreables graham crackers (can use to make peanut butter and/or jelly mini sandwiches)

Hi all,
I'm still figuring out this party, but wanted to let you know I'm working on a GF packing school lunches for teens post. Anyone have ideas or posts from your own blogs that I can link to?
