This is my last day as a mom of a child under 1 because he's turning a year old tomorrow - it IS crazy! He's going to grow up so quickly now! Motherhood is AMAZING.

Baby Aiden is going to turn 1 on September 27th - aaah! I can't believe it! It's been an amazing year :) Do I still belong to this group after that? ;)

At 11 weeks he might just not be ready to sleep longer stretches than that. One thing I can think of is try putting him to bed a little earlier. 10pm seems very late!! I've been using Elizabeth Pantley's book, The No-Cry Sleep Solution and its been extremely informative! Maybe that can help you.
I will say that it may not be reasonable to find a "fix" in two days. It will take time!

- No talking to the baby (NONE) during the night, and letting him cry for a little bit worked for us - been sleeping through the night for awhile now!
