Prayer Chain

I was wondering if it would be okay to start a prayer chain list on this group. I have a SIL who could really use some prayers. She is battling cancer and this week has undergone a RICE treatment (I had to google it to find out exactly what it was). I know she could really use some prayers (and her family too). I will gladly pray for others who need a prayer so please let me know.

I would like to add a prayer request.
Last night our neighbors across and down the street had their house hit by lightning. Their house was on fire for about 2 hours.
Our neighbors are an older couple, he is a pastor. So I know that they would appreciate the prayers.

I have had relatives going through RICE, so I can relate and totally understand what you're going through. She is certainly in my prayers.
One to add is for one of my very best friends who is struggling with her balancing acts right now. Between a gamer hubby (which we were in the same boat), three children ages 5, 2 and 7 months, being a WAHM and trying to keep house she is going through with a LOT of weight on her shoulders that is really wearing her down right now. I'm praying for some peace, sanity and a calm spirit for her; being so far away and unable to jump next door and help her.

Thought I would send an update - THANK YOU for the prayers. Some of the results came back and it seems as if the cancer has NOT spread to her lungs so that is great news. Now we just have to wait for more results.

I have a prayer request...
My sister in law and brother in law are fighting the battle of addiction...Unfortantly they are not winning...
Will you guys pray for them to see what it can do to their family if they continue with this..I have talked till I am blue in the face,a nd they run to me when they relapse...It hurts me to see them this way, so I send them home to sleep and watch their kids for them..I try to lift them up, I pray and talk..Nothing seems to sink in..I know that it must be them to say I have had enough but..Honestly I have had enough..We all must grow up sometime..and their kids
I won't sit back and watch this go on...
Please pray for them...
