I'm not sure what social media is but if your talking about sites like these where people who have common interests than my thoughts are: I love it! I use it as a way to reach past my own 4 walls where I am pretty much 90% of the time raising, loving, training, and teaching my 4 little ones. I use it as a way to minister to others with compassion, understanding, and support. Especially those who are surrounded by naysayers or those that don't agree with your convictions. I have found it a huge source of comfort in the past 3 years as I've strived to care for triplets. I found it a huge benefit when starting the homeschooling journey 8 years ago with my oldest. Also I can't even begin to explain what it meant to me during my childless & barren years. It had not been for some of my internet friends, I may not have made it. I love to pray for and with others. I love to share my testimony and I love to just chat with those that are "likeminded". I hope I've understood what you asked because I have a heart for ministering all throughout the world right from home, especially during a season where I'm pretty much stuck at home. LOL

Yes, I am speaking of media such as facebook, myspace, ning etc.

Also asking how you think Jesus might have used this tool as you have answered personally I believe
it is a reflection on how Jesus would have used it. Thanks so much for your input.

You have your hands full and I'm impressed with your desire to reach out in spite of your responsibilities.

Ah thanks Robin,

That is wonderful to hear because my #1 desire is to be like Christ. To do HIS will no matter what. Somedays reaching out to others is the only thing that gets me through "all" my responsiblities. To know there are others who believe as I believe and desire to not only have children but to raise them to be men and women of GOD. To reach this lost and dying world. To be loving, giving, compassionate, and caring.

Hi Robin, thanks for posting this. I often ask myself the same question when I log onto facebook. I still feel awkward using that tool but it has been nice to connect with family and friends who live far away. I think how can I get the message across about Jesus. So to make sure everyone knows about my love for the Lord and to make aware He is a free gift, I make sure to post scripture verses on my site often. I also try to encourage others with words from God. I want to make sure I use these technical tools for His glory and not for my selfish ambition. =)
