Prayer, Oh I just some great stuff about praying in the book I'm reading titled "Passionate housewives Desperate for God". Once my fly-routines are done, I will sit down and share what I learned either here or in my blog. If I do write a blog about it. I'll come back by here and share the link. It's good ladies, really good. Looking forward to drinking some hot tea and sharing what I've learned about Prayer as my reward for today. Have a blessed day!

I agree Jacqueline, I think pray is an attitude and a 'posture' towards God you take through out your day. I don't know who said it but this makes me think of the quote "I never spend more than 10 minutes praying but I never go 10 minutes without praying"

The success in maintaining a prayer life really comes down to disciplining your own thoughts I think. Just like anything, it takes hard work to accomplish something...this being to keep your mind focused on prayer throughout the day and not just once or twice during the day. With that, prayer has many forms. You can have someone on your heart and not be down on your knees praying to be praying.

Amen Jacqueline.

There are many forms of prayer and various kinds of prayer.
We would be void of prayer if it was limited to a posture of kneeling, prostrate or other.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

And yet there is a time for being still embracing His presence in prayer. Taking time out from the busy tasks of the day to stop and acknowledge Him. Yes, there is still a time for being still as is to have a lifestyle and praying spirit. Thanks for your reply.
