Here's a special champagne cocktail for this very special Sunday:
The Ritz Cocktail
3/4 oz Remy Martin cognac
1/4 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
3/4 oz orange juice
4 oz Piper Heidsieck Champagne
Shake cognac, Cointreau and orange juice over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, carefully fill with champagne, and serve.
