Ya, basically, the show is half talent and half popularity. If you don't have a strong fan base, you better have really high marks. Maybe if the show were most improved dancer then I would agree with Ty staying, but thats not it. Then again, you know Melissa has had professional dance training being a cheerleader because they do use professionals to train them and teach them how to remember routines, so, is that fair? Its just fun for me to watch, thats about all.

It was a shock that Ty was not the one voted off. I also thought he would be the one to go last week, but he must have a lot of fans - or maybe it is Jewel's fans putting him through. At this point, I don't think it matters too much, though. Eventually it should come down to Gilels and Melissa for the finals.

That is the one thing I think is unfair in the competition. A star cannot control how many fans they have voting for them - no matter how well they do. It seems that the stars that are deemed the "underdog" get a lot of sympathy votes. I think Ty seems like a nice guy and has come a long way, but Lil Kim should have stayed!!! Just like last year with Cloris! She should have been out the first couple weeks!!

I am totally in shock that Lil Kim is gone and Ty is still there. Just goes to show what a strong following can do for you.

This group doesn't seem very active. It is normally this way, or is this season that *lackluster* that there is nothing to share?

I am shocked by the judges this season - mostly with Len! I cannot believe how tough they are and some of the rude things that they say that have nothing to do with "constructive criticism". I have been very surprised with the Dancers this season! I really love Gilles & Cheryl and also Melissa & Tony. I think if they continue to dance the way they have been and become even better (if that's possible) it will be between Gilles, Melissa and Lil Kim in the end!

I did think there was a big improvement this week. Still, there are times when I just don't get the judges. My top 3 picks? Tough one - I am amazed by Meagan - she is a natural. I also love little Shawn Johnson - such a swwet smile and a really elegant dancer. Julianne has always been my favorite pro, and I can't help but love the chemistry between she and Chuck. I think the judges are a bit tough on them. Gilles is awesome! So - how about my top 4? Gilles, Shawn, Chuck & Meagan.

I got rid of my cable (too much negative stuff), & the ABC.com player doesn't work (yet).

I was extremely impressed with the improvement this week. We know sometimes that is short lived though. So, who is going home?

This week the dancers really made a big improvement. I really enjoyed Gilles and Cheryl's dance, among others. But we must wait and see for tomorrows results. :=}
